Get one cloud_api connection
Fetch a single cloud_api (WhatsApp API Oficial) connection. The id accepts the connection id OR the session id (cloud-<uuid>). data carries the connection detail (waba id, phone number id, display phone, verified name, webhook routing, health). Returns 404 if the connection isn’t found or isn’t owned by the caller (master/admin keys may access any connection).
